Join your colleagues to help shape the future direction of rural health care delivery in Waterloo Wellington.
You are invited to affect change by attending an upcoming physician engagement session. This session is hosted jointly by the Waterloo Wellington Local Health Integration Network (WWLHIN), the North Wellington Health Care Corporation and the Ontario Medical Association.

- Wednesday, December 16 - Board Room, Groves Memorial Community Hospital - Fergus
Session will begin promptly at noon and finish at 1:30 p.m.
A light lunch will be served during the session.

What you need to know:
- This session will focus on a discussion of the findings and draft recommendations of the draft Rural Health Report.
- The draft report results from work led by the Rural Health Working Group (RHWG) and the WWLHIN.
- The RHWG is a sub-committee of the WWLHIN Clinical Optimization Project. This project is looking at the delivery of acute health care programs and services in Waterloo Wellington.
- The work of the RHWG began with a series of public consultations with rural residents in January 2009.
- A list of members of the RHWG can be found on the WWLHIN website along with a summary of the findings and recommendations on the registration page for these meetings.
